YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred
- Experience facilitating workshops for an executive audience and coaching senior leaders
- Knowledge of psychology, human resources, and related behavioral sciences
- An ability to understand, describe, and influence human behavior within the context of various employment settings at all professional levels
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching: Utilize PRADCO’s coaching methodology to help our clients develop and retain their talent. Interpret assessment data to identify developmental opportunities and recommend specific and targeted actions that will drive progress on developmental goals. Effectively listen to understand participant challenges and then motivate them to take actions outside of their comfort zone that will improve their leadership capabilities.
- Facilitation: Facilitate and deliver PRADCO’s organizational development offerings. Present content in a professional and engaging way to help our clients develop leaders and stronger teams. Work closely with clients to understand the desired goals of workshops and then ensure those outcomes are met. Support internal efforts to develop additional offerings that will support growth of our OD business.
- Exceptional Service Delivery: Deliver accurate and timely reports to coworkers and clients as requested. Demonstrate flexibility to shift priorities and schedules to meet changing client needs and timelines. Be available for consultation on results to help clients make effective hiring and developmental decisions.

Base salary
Salary range is based on experience.
