YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Organizational Development, or related discipline
  • Experience with conducting assessments, interpreting data and writing descriptive reports
  • Knowledge of psychology, human resources, and related behavioral sciences
  • An ability to understand, describe, and influence human behavior within the context of various employment settings at all professional levels

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze Data and Draw Conclusions: Interpret test scores and qualitative interview data to understand what motivates people, their work ethic, how they interact with people, and their overall judgment. Be able to write descriptive and accurate reports describing how individuals will function in different work environments.  Draw conclusions relative to how successful one will be in a given role and how they will fit in to a particular organization.
  • Provide Constructive Feedback: Share information relative to an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in a developmental way. Point out how people could leverage strengths and take specific steps to be more effective in their roles.  Take a collaborative approach to reviewing data and helping people garner more insight into their operating styles.
  • Exceptional Service Delivery: Deliver accurate and timely reports to coworkers and clients as requested. Demonstrate flexibility to shift priorities and schedules to meet changing client needs and timelines.  Be available for consultation on results to help clients make effective hiring and developmental decisions.

Base salary

Salary range is based on experience.
