YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:
- High School degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Two (2) to five (5) years administrative experience
- Positive attitude, helpful demeanor, and team orientation
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Professional presence, effective communication, and grammar usage
- Exceptional integrity and ability to appropriately handle confidential information
- Strong sense of urgency, service orientation and ability to work at a fast pace
- Intermediate expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support professional staff with scheduling, assessment processing, preparing work materials, travel arrangements, internet research, and other tasks
- Handle all administrative functions such as filing, typing, and document preparation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software and office equipment
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and a high level of quality
- Utilize online systems (SharePoint, CRM, Testing Platform, Accounting) to manage internal and client-facing activities
- Respond to visitors and phone callers and provide a high level of customer service
- Order supplies and help with office upkeep and operations
- Handle work projects under moderate supervision, knowing when to ask for help
